At NOVAGLAM, we stand behind every piece we put out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — on our terms, built for you.
Returns We accept returns within 14 daysof delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We don't do second chances on worn pieces — that's just our standard.
How to Start a Return Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, return your item and place a new order — it's faster and gets you what you want sooner.
Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. No exceptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cristalcooley94@yahoo.com. We'll sort it out immediately.
